I’m just a dainty Hoosier, I’m too delicate for that.

I’m excited to see the changes now that they flushed it out more. I’m more concerned about the Liberty Belle.

I literally said the same thing in my own quote post. Great minds think alike!

Medication and therapy has changed my life. I’ve learned how to manage my depression and anxiety and learned that I am not perfect. (And that’s ok!) It’s something that I will keep working on and being vocal about.

🧵6/6 I am so thankful for my husband for saving my life and I thank Adele for being so open and honest. Her song “Hold On” and her willingness to talk about her mental health saved my life. (As cliché as it sounds, that song truly saved my life.)

🧵5/6 I suddenly didn’t feel alone and I didn’t feel as broken. I talked to my husband that night and told him that I needed help. He was always guiding me towards that, but never forced it. He knew I had to want it and I finally did.

🧵4/6 I rewatched it the next day, alone, and just started sobbing. When she talked about her anxiety attacks and sharing how she knew what was happening but her body was out of her control is EXACTLY what was happening with me.

🧵3/6 I remember sitting there on the couch with my husband and two friends of ours quietly crying and realizing that I needed help. For myself, for my husband, for my kitties, for my friends, for my family.

🧵2/6 Funny enough, it was the TV special “One Night Only with Adele.” Her interview with Oprah openly talking about her anxiety and mental health changed something in me and her song “Hold On” certainly helped as well.

Meijer just rolled out their version of the little area in front of Target and Walmart with the cheap seasonal items. Let’s just say, all of their Disney items should be labeled Dizney. lol

I picked it up today! I told her that I know you guys are short staffed, but come on. I don’t blame her, but I blame the people that put them in this position.
