Sadly, neither did I...as a 70yo, I still find it amazing what they DIDN'T teach us about. I didn't hear about Juneteenth until I was almost 60. The Tulsa massacre? I was in my 50s. The Tuskegee airmen? Again, my 50s. And you're only taught about inventions and accomplishments
by White men.

Just to be clear, it was predominantly Black men who voted for him (25%), not Black women (8%) and you're right, it's heartbreaking. I don't understand it. It makes no sense.

Absolutely! I just read an AP report on this and confirmed the findings of an AP VoteCast Survey noting that 25% of Black men voted for Trump in 2024, with the most prevalent explanation being that they wouldn't vote for a woman, Black or otherwise. Think about that when you read this article.

You know it! They always vote against their own interests, and that's why they rank in the worst U.S. states for healthcare, education, job opportunities, infrastructure and more. The only thing they rank in the top of U.S. states is infant mortality, gun deaths, incarceration rates, drug use, etc.
