I saw Materialists this weekend. It's a smart, well acted, superbly crafted romance. The filmmakers didn't give the characters easy outs. This is the kind of adult films we complain don't get theatrical releases. Please go see it if you can. Bonus, actual 35mm film.

I just got out of the new Stitch movie and it's going to sound crazy, but it is better than the original. They made several key script changes that really improved it. I always liked Stitch the character better than the movie. Now I love both.
