Russia CAN'T do it: they're already too logistically stretched, in their war of aggression in Ukraine. They're already taking resupply in materials, weapons, munitions, and manpower from Iran, North Korea, and China.

That said, We (America) have failed you. When We have solved our internal issues, perhaps, in time, we might be worthy of your trust.
