This new diet - pardon, this new LIFESTYLE 🙄 w low protein, high fibre & very low sodium isn't quite as hard as I initially thought After the renal artery stents I'm down from 6 meds to 1, the diet is helping TREMENDOUSLY altho I'm now super sensitive to sodium BP averaging 110/75 1st breakfast 👇
