Concur. We need all the troops, and the anarchists have their lanes as well.

Nah, the Baofengs (I have a few, <$20) aren't encrypted. But LEOs aren't generally using them, and the military certainly isn't. Even unsecure comms can be effective in a dynamic situation, most civilians have no clue what experienced operators are saying. And The Man controls the cell circuits.

I'm thinking of "leader" as someone with training, experience, and skills to manage the personnel and resources to accomplish the mission at hand. I believe you're referring to bossy asshats and self-proclaimed stars.

Yeah, they accomplished nothing of substance.

Oh, that's a given. Hell, I wasn't Wick in my prime. πŸ™‚ Go not gentle into that good night. Take a bunch with you.

Who TF is opposed to "leaders"? Morons, that's who. Folks that'll get their allies taken out of the fight. Folks that let their egos get in the way of effective operations. (They can be useful as distractions....point them in a direction and send them off to do their thing, let them draw fire. πŸ˜‰)

Many LEO comms are encrypted these days. Most military comms are secure as well.

The military doesn't belong to him, it belongs to We The People. Be a shame if We have to clean out some of those folks for forgetting their oath.

They came to the small city of Marion, Iowa, recently. Less than half a dozen, on a Saturday, when most folks weren't around. They were masked, and slunk out of town when nobody gave a shit about them. I was really hoping to meet them. 😁

Silly Nazis.....that'll just entice us to come to *their* home, set it ablaze, cap anything that tries to egress. 🫑

Mace was a DEI admission to The Citadel. She's unfit to serve.

She capped a buck goat for literally being a buck goat. Her book goes into detail, and shows she's unfit for farm/country living.

My 2A defends my 1A. (The Nazis believe we're terrified of the 2A. I love the smell of ball propellant in the morning.....πŸ˜‰)

They do.....sort of....via the ratification process.
comment in response to post
Should such an amendment pass through the entire process, it would supercede the 1A, just as the 21st superceded the 18th. Remember, too, that Eichman could be overturned just as was Roe.

I left the American Legion when my local post "honored" a UPS driver for assaulting a flag-burning protester nearby. I saluted the flag, served under it, etc....and I support folks' Right to burn it should they so choose. littlevillagemag.com/flag-burning...
comment in response to post
Under our current Constitution, SCOTUS has ruled flag burning to fall under 1A protected speech. What the crazy lady is proposing is to amend the Constitution to prohibit flag burning. Such an amendment has been proposed numerous times since the Eichman decision. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_De...
comment in response to post
Unfortunately it's quite constitutional. Article Five of that document has the details. Should that come to pass, the flag isn't worth flying anymore.

I picked up 'cunt' after spending time in Australia and the UK. I have to try to not let it casually slide out when I'm with certain people, much as I try to not say 'fuck' around kids. And yes, the times we live in certainly allow for - if not demand! - fucking spicy vocabulary. 🫑
