Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guyana as well ..all just ordinary departments for us French & he's tariffed them all differently when in the EU ... he's in desperate need of someone with basic school geography, Peter.

It's absolutely fascinating ... I think my favourite history is that of the Ottoman Empire followed by India under the British Empire to its independence ...all from the socio-cultural viewpoint, how intentions were good until power, greed, despots or tyrants mess things up for everyone...as always!
