I've been told we have a family member in Guinea Graves but could never find them. I'll check if LCC has a central registrar. Now I know they cost a guinea it seems less likely.

Always remember the elderly and disabled are an expensive inconvenience to the NHS and council social care.

In the 1980s I lived around the corner off Harehills Rd and often walked around Beckett Street Cemetery. It was an oasis of calm and wildlife in a crowded and busy part of Leeds. I haven't been back for ages but will try to visit next month. I thought they were penny graves. A guinea sounds a lot.

It makes me so angry that resources continue to flow into London and the South East at the expense of the rest of the UK. It's no wonder. To add insult to injury many people in London & the South East do not acknowledge their privileged situation.

Spurn is fantastic but a bloody long walk on sand since the road washed away.

Not sure which one of them he is. Looks like a divorced dad who's had to do the laundry for the first time in years and is angry because he shrank his clothes and left a red sock in the wash.

I think you mean the Granby (bloody autocorrect) but perhaps Granny has a great place too?

Uncomfortable having your prejudice pointed out, ah iCod? Are you really saying you see this fashion choice made by wealthy young men? Ok, if it makes you feel better.

FFS leave these men alone. Many people wear clothes which do not suit their figures. It's not a crime; but let's mock predominantly older predominantly working class men. Classy.

It's a little lovely walk from the canal basin just outside the city centre.

I love visiting them. I think they are a gentle, calm day out. I enjoy the vintage vehicles and also kids matching bands.

"There are far too many people in the world." An extremely chilling sentence.

Are they? What evidence do you have that the majority tenure will be private rented? I agree we need more council homes but rents and prices will never fall across all tenures unless we have a massive building programme. There is nothing intrinsically evil in build to rent or build for sale
comment in response to

There are 160,000 children homeless and in temporary accommodation. We need many more homes. Property development is not evil. What is evil is people adequately houses trying to stop new homes of all tenures being built.

Honestly this is just embarrassing. I was in Ripon city centre and didn't even realise that they were there. If I'd known I'd have gone down and mocked them

As a Leeds supporter,I'm glad Sunderland are going up because I think they are most likely to take 1 of the relegation spots next season. Leeds only needs to be better than 2 other teams to stay up.

Yes, it's always good to have a fall back position.😁

Archie was born in Durham. He has played for England from U15 to U21. I suppose he could play for Scotland if playing for England doesn't work out.

I fully support the dignity of all people but the fact is that the biology of our bodies is not secondary to how we feel. A woman is not a feeling in a man's head the same for being a man. Older women do not want trans identified men in our spaces. Calling it hate to say so is a way of silencing us.

Where can this painting be seen? Is it possible to workout where in modern Leeds the figures would be standing?

The continued threat of tariffs is becoming less and less effective. It's like the kids used to say, "what ever".

You clearly know 💩 about Europe. Keep your racism to your own country.

Not American so can't comment on the specifics but it's wrong to assume any group of men won't be violent to women and girls.

Isn't this the subject of the Book of Job, the oldest book of the Bible? Hardly a hot take from the greatest mind in modern time.

I'm sure that you often don't know what people are talking about. It must be very frustrating for you but try not to resort to silly name calling.

Nadia, how certain men feel is not the most important thing in the world. They might feel like they are women (how can the possibility know what that even means) but they are and remain blokes. They have no place in women's and girls spaces. This is not a statement of hate but of fact.

Oh FFS, all the people acting like this is a gotcha. You can believe anything you want but you comprehensively lost the legal argument. You are going to have to live with it.

Don't diss your granny. Of course she knew, everyone knew.

You lost the argument in court. You are going to have to live with that fact. Get over it.

I don't hate trans women just like I don't hate men who get off wearing dresses and tights. I confess I fear them going into women's and girls spaces. If you don't just read the comments on terfisaslur.com . When someone tells you who they are believe them.
