I can't remember the last time I went out for a pint and managed to get a bag of chips on the way home, but I did tonight. Mainly because I was out early, and going home early enough to catch a chip shop open. But hey... It still counts.

I'm not usually in a pub on my own on a Saturday before 5pm, but when I am it's because I've been digging on my allotment for over four hours and I've earned every drop of this pint of a Guinness Extra Cold.

So it turns out the "arthritis" in my right knee was actually caused by my habit of sitting at my desk and absent-mindedly pushing my knee against the pedestal, and it was rectified by simply fitting a pipe insulator over the protruding corner. Stay tuned for more solutions to #SixtiesProblems

@chrisrsaxon.bsky.social Hi Chris. I discovered today that Oracle 19.13 supports getDate() but I know 12.2 didn't. I need to advise others on this as we often get sent SQL Server style SQL from our database "independent" supplier. If you can point me to some documentation I'd appreciate it. Thanks
