I’m happy to hear you’re writing again—the first two Dreadnaught books were so much fun. I really admire the way you write action scenes: dynamic, tense, and exciting in a way I’ve never seen anyone else do.

Nora Loreto dug up that Carney was one of his customers, this might be a thank you.

My wife just explained it to me: the act’s booking agent would probably provide the message, which all the venues then use.

Yeah, that’s weird isn’t it? I wasn’t expecting that.

Thanks! I just posted it here too.

Yeah right? They used exactly the same wording as the New Glasgow bar. Did they just copy it? Are the bars connected? Or is this a ChatGPT thing?

That's fair. Apologies for misreading your comment.

Thank you.

Saying that men look “gay as fuck” as an insult ain’t great my man.

Yeah, I’m wondering that too. Maybe at first glance it just seemed “edgy” (that’s what the booker in New Glasgow said) and the real truth of it didn’t come out until people pushed them to look further.

The third Nova Scotia show, at Daniel's Alehouse in Sydney has also been cancelled. So it's just Oasis that is sticking to their guns. Presumably a WW2 Luger.

Oh! I'm surprised and disappointed that Yuk Yuks would platform people like this.

Here's confirmation from the bar in New Glasgow (the Shoebox) that they've cancelled the show after being made aware of who the group is:

I just saw an unconfirmed report that the New Glasgow bar that also booked this group has cancelled it once they realized who the group is.

Here's a photo of Sam Walker and Brendan “Uncle Hack” Blacquier from "Danger Room" doing the Diagolon salute. Diagolon is recognized in the US and Canada as a violent white nationalist extremist group.

Thank you. I've just sent mine too.

If you want to let them know that you don't want neo-nazis in your neighbourhood, the bar can be contacted at [email protected] or (902) 422-2227. The manager is Brian Atkinson. And yes, this is the same bar that kicked out a queer couple for sharing a quick kiss during karaoke night.

The show is at the Oasis. I don't think there's any connection to Yuk Yuk's.

Here’s the article from antihate.ca on the group. Content and trigger warnings, the “comedy” is vile: www.antihate.ca/stops_on_com...

Yup. Same bar, same values. We need to take a look at the folks running that place, and see what they’re bringing into our community.

Nope, I keep getting this when I enter the URL on the back of the bill. If I search for "Halifax" I get options but they reject my account number as being the wrong format or length.

Thanks! Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I'll double check.

Had a driver road rage and hit me while I was cycling. Made him come with me to the police station. The cops refused to do a thing.

I should, it sounds more my style. Going to give Arc Raiders a try next though.
