Something the last 8 Representatives or Senators to die in office have all been Democrats. The party is full of dinosaurs who have long since passed their era of effectiveness & diligence and now are just gliding on the waves of their incumbency. We need people who will fight, not these do-nothing's

The logic to them is "be rich;" having enough money to be evil is a perk. #8647

The Truth Rule for Trump: If he says something horrible, ghastly, inhumane, blatantly stupid or outright criminal, and without the remotest sign of him being anything close to a normal, empathetic human being - he's telling the truth as he knows it; anything else positive he says he'll do is a lie.

Good luck proving intent that posting info of some people who may or may not be involved in some investigation in some area maybe nearby (maybe not) is "interfering" Do you want Secret Police like the Soviets, Gestapo like the German Nazis? This is how you get there. Furthermore it's also a protest.

You mean that thing that anyone can find pretty quickly with just a name, an expected area of residence (like, just the likely cities) and a bit of Google-fu?

Bondi, with horse teeth extended. Trump, his grift wide. MAGA and Fascists, at the White House.

No, those two things are Soap Boxes, with implicat promises of Ballot Box action in the future. The Jury Box will come if he gets Impeached and the Senate actually elects to hold a trial this time. Other Jury Boxes have already happened, and Trump is blatantly ignoring them.

There are 4 boxes to use in defense of Liberty, in this order: • Soap • Ballot • Jury <--(we are here) • Cartridge It's nearly insanity to me that we are here, but the entire MAGA Reich and sycophantic GOP are nearly insanity to me already as it is.

This is entirely the problem. And part of their plan. I'm not skilled enough in mass organizing to overcome it. I will withhold sharing my thoughts on other possibilities.

Will the lawsuits be for tens of billions against Trump himself? That's the only thing that will make a dent; losses in court that don't hurt Trump personally just get ignored. SCOTUS ruling he doesn't like? Ignore. Laws he doesn't like? Ignore. Pesky sections of the Constitution? Ignore. 🤬

That slogan is for the rubes and sycophants to bandy about, the fact that you're even asking this question means it was never meant to act on you... the outright tyranny will being doing that. #Fuck47

Protests do not work against authoritarian, fascist regimes who belive they have a "holy war" of their own making and ideology to conduct.

Protests do nothing to fascist, authoritarian regimes. If anything it emboldens them. Even Maidan in Ukraine didn't work until Yanukovich started shooting, making Ukrainians shoot back. Shutting down the Capitol & financial centers, blockading of key traitorous GOP members daily, would be a start.

In some countries they arrest people for violating court orders.

"There are the common people the law binds but does not protect, and there are the rulers who the law protects but does not bind." This is a core tenet of fascism, and authoritarian regimes the world over. And now part of America as well. Fuck Trump and anyone who supports him; traitors, all.

Someone in the illegitimate (14th Amendment makes it clear) _Trump_ administration of fascist traitors thinks the law doesn't apply to them and blatantly lies? Naaaahhhhh....

> what the next 10 years bring Alpha 4.3? Kidding, kidding, I know it'll be at least on 4.8 by then. 😉

Ah, I knew the frequent fights must serve a purpose other than ego-stroking, based on how predictably and frequently they break out - taking an opponent off the ice for a certain amount of time, now that's effective game tactic! So yeah, bare knuckles it is, TYVM!

I get the analogy, & I like it - except one thing I've never understood (not being much of a hockey fan): why take off the gloves in the first place? Those things are not soft, they can do some damage if you punch them with them on, and* your hands stay protected. Why handicap yourself with fists?

Yes, which is why I qualified my remark to be about the ones that *don't* serve a useful purpose beyond patting themselves on the back just for being a tradition at all. Preserving all traditions in general is not laudable by itself, and as society's knowledge continues to grow can become harmful.

Assuming for a moment Megyn is anything more than a multi-millionaire dumb Faux News clone whose argument (like any made without evidence) can be dismissed without evidence: surely then, as the great businessman MAGA portrays Trump to be, he has an economist-validated plan she can point to, right? 🤔

"take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed" LOL, Trump?!? 🤣 He's a 34x convicted felon, he's defrauded so many banks and businesses he had to go to Russia for loans, he told over 30,000 lies (documented by the WP) his first term, and he's owned by Putin. Its clear Laws mean NOTHING to him.

Preserving traditions that don't serve a purpose beyond patting themselves on the back just for having been traditions for a long time, never mind ones that are shown through our own progress of understanding our evolving societies to be actually harming people, is not something to applaud.
