Yeah. When they sent the national guard here during the LA riots, the young people found ways around them and ignored curfews. I expect a similar response to happen if this city is threatened now. I’m an oldie this time around but I hope my city still has strength.

I just sent some emails that in summary are, “What do you even do here? Do more.”

My neighbor has a cyber truck and someone tagged it with just “cybertruck” Like, I stared at it for so long trying to understand the insult. But I guess the insult was they had to get it repainted or resanded or whatever you do to those things. Hahah

LAPD sweeping people out of the MOCA parking lot- I’ll follow up, I believe that’s private property? Mural says “who is beyond the law? Who is bought and sold? Who is free to choose…” etc.

25lb bag is standard for what clay comes in. And you will screw up enough stuff at first to want the whole bag. It’s not that expensive. Have fun!

Yeah. I feel ya. I have a bunch of their seeds. We plant them. And we move on to other places.

I mean, I don’t think people like us can win in this situation. Rich people have moved their money to gold. Us average folks still have to pay our bills with actual money. If you have the amounts of $ to stash in a hidden lock box in the forest while still maintaining maybe do that.

The good news is, there are a lot of other great seed suppliers.
comment in response to post
Yeah. Same. I was very disappointed. There is a whole thread about it on Reddit if you search.

Another great seed supplier is Southern Seeds. Run by veterans. They go by Seed Therapy on the shop platforms now. And trust me, seeds are definitely therapy. seedtherapy.com?country=US

Sometimes I have to ask myself if there was a tornado and I’m in Kansas. One time there was a pheasant in my front yard. Not legal btw. The rogue roosters are technically legal to keep. You are supposed to keep them tho.

I love them too! They have become one of my most favorite things to grow too! I can grow them all year here. So many varieties too. Onions are fabulous. I was just reading about shallots cuz I wanna try to grow some. I’m a nerd. Hahah

I don’t know what their deal is. They just took forever to respond to me and I figured they didn’t like them. So I posted about them on my Patreon and one of my nice supporters there wanted one. So I sold it to her. And of course next day the person emailed me. I jumpstarted the universe I guess. Ha
