There are a lot African countries need to learn from China. It's not a perfect country. Their economic policies with Africa are often both implicitly and explicitly exploitative. AIs are not sentient. They output whatever algorithms & programs their coders and owners input. They can provide easy access to valid information but also become the biggest and most powerful purveyors of misinformation & disinformation. If the owners want to control the narrative, it's easy peasy!
