“If” doing some heavy lifting there.
My ex-, a physician, was on my healthcare for 20+ years because her employer, a *hospital* in the Boston area!, didn’t provide adequate healthcare plans. Do we really think all these aspirational new factory jobs will? I don’t, and with good reason.

Can someone please clearly explain how exactly Starlink was used to do this? Right now, this seems as plausible to me as, say, a Mike Lindell conspiracy theory.
I'd like my side to do better.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but peaceful protest (even if it's messy and noisy) has been ruled protected speech over and over and over, yes?

1. It’s not on the mainstream news.
2. I think a lot of people are rightly worried that mass protests will result in the declaration of martial law.

Yep. That was the whole point.

I’ve honestly never been quite sure what to make of your travel books and shows. But, silly me, I finally realized that your goal is to expand people. Thank you for what you do.

Look, as the X Files said, I want to believe.
But can some clearly explain the means by which Starlink would have been used to manipulate the election?

Fired? How about prosecuted? DOGE is a fake agency and all of these "employees" are operating outside the scope of any authority. They're criminals.

This. Petty, unkind. It is the easiest thing in the world to make the other choices.

AFAICT every product Elon has a hand in is a failure. The guy is serially incompetent, except when it comes to grifting.

I wondered what the real number is. Tesla expected to sell over 1 million by now, but the number as of March 2025 is 46,096. (We know this because every single one of them was recalled.) There are 10,000 sitting unsold. It’s one of the biggest flops ever.

Or like burning your seed corn and salting the fields. The US will not recover from Trump in any of our lifetimes.

Incredible right? If you’ve been reading him since his Mencius Moldbug days, you know he is a mid tier thinker at best. Someone described his prose as “squid ink” camouflaging bad ideas, and it’s a pretty perfect description.

Pearl Harbor was a sneak attack on one nation by another when there was no war.
This was an attack by a nation who is being invaded by another.
Please don’t make this toxic comparison. They’re not the same.

When I was in 4th grade I painstakingly constructed a model of the M5 Multitronic Unit from cardboard and construction paper. We didn’t have a color TV, so my “displays” were colored in black and white.
In 9th grade I started learning to program real computers. 🤖

Uh oh.
Well if it’s a typing contest, machines will always win. I now take pride in how simple I can make my designs be and how few lines of codes I need to implement them. I’ll lose every time in this battle.

Also, why does he capitalize every word? Is this an ad in a comic book?

Is anybody else frightened about what he might do next? I am, especially since the US is now no longer a reliable ally to the EU.
