This is excellent advice. Your usual Dr office is great, or look around for a “chest & sleep” office / practitioner (chest = respiratory, lungs, asthma, etc).
There’s several really good ones around me.
The kit will feel simplified, but trust me, it will uncover any issues 🧡 it’s quite thorough 💚

Yep!!! Lack of sleep is a slow, slow death.
Lack of oxygen is insane. I had undiagnosed asthma for a *dangerously* long time (years). I can terrifyingly confirm this, & wish the word would get out >.>
