I'm middle aged. In the event of an attack against Britain (where I'm from) or Spain (where I live), I'd reluctantly fight to defend those countries. But I'd fight even harder to keep my teenage kids away from being enlisted. I've had a life; what's left of mine is worth much less than theirs.
