I’m not sure - if those reports are right, it was just Cyber Command that was ordered to stand down ops against Russia.
Obviously, “just” is doing a lot of work there, but what I mean is that NSA is still doing their thing.
So it’s an insane fucking position to be in, but I’m not panicking yet.
