It’s Alexander the Great burning down the Library of Alexandria all over again….but this time with great intention and surgical precision. It’s horrifying. My hope is the rest of the world and capable Americans are preserving that priceless information and knowledge.

This all just feels very dystopian…with the inauguration Monday, his shock and awe executive order avalanche being expected, and no way for us to trust the mainstream media to even give us the real news in real time. The only way I had true reporting on the peoples marches yesterday was TikTok.

I’m trying to figure out YouTube shorts for all of my favorite TikTokers (like you) but I feel like a fish out of water. Substack feels like a newspaper app which is very informative but not the same and clapper I have no clue about but it’s not even letting me create an account.

I feel like even if tiktok “comes back” it’s going to be a Frankenstein-version either openly or covertly. I’m not feeling very trusting to return. Hoping we all find something new to connect on similarly. Until then….withdrawals
