Minnesota Care is funded by a 2% gross receipts tax on all healthcare covereage. So if you go to the doctor, dentist, eye doctor, even the chiropractor, you are helping pay for MNCare, whether you are documented or not. This is absolutely shameful, and we need DFLer to vote against this.
