Can totally sympathize. Tried reading a label on a package last week and discovered that I developed astigmatism at some point in the past few months.
Am only 44, but apparently it's bifocal time, lol.
Anyway, wishing you good luck on getting the corrective lenses sorted.

I gotta find/make another shape to twirl other than that flower/star. Love the feathery/wing look it has, but I don't wanna use it in too many pieces.
Hitting that point where a lot of my abstract stuff is starting to look same-ey, so it's high time to get a little wild with the vector assets. 😜

Always looking to bolster my "Textures and Background Mats" folder. Never know what kinds of patterns and shapes will be useful to a given project, so more is better.

A perfect backdrop for a piece of digital abstract art, ngl. Now I'm tempted to intentionally overcook some stuff to get some cool texture mats for my work.
Normally I use pics of random surfaces around or just outside the house, but they're often too uniform.

Today I actually took my medicine when my med alarm on my phone went off! 😃
As opposed to stopping the alarm, and then immediately forgetting to take em because I was too hyperfocused on whatever I was doing at the time.

Took me three years to build the inertia to do it, but I finally got some of my art up on a print shop site.
My approach for abstract art is to listen to a song or album, lock into whatever vibe it makes me feel, filter that through my own lived experience, then present all of it visually.
