From watching and attending a couple CMLL shows live, that’s what I think the deal is

It’s the young baby face who is being pushed down people’s throats. Also an unpopular match versus Jericho in a main spot. Similar things have happened in other companies

Love Arena Puebla; always a good time

I’ve only attended CMLL in the much, much smaller arena in Puebla for two Xmas Eve shows (about 7 years apart). Still a cultural experience.

We have a couple different options for doom metal yoga at breweries in the Chicagoland area; perfect fit

They printed money with that match

Trade Paper Backs are superior to single issue comics; just wait for the trade after trying the first issue or two

Similar to when American fans turn on a baby face who they feel is being pushed too hard without experience or skill

In last saw Mystico live in Puebla Xmas Eve 2023; they love him

I’m happy he maintained his fan base after such a long layoff and

He’s the one ā€œoverā€ person in the company I don’t get. He hasn’t done much since his injury but people LOVE him. Maybe the naysayers online were wrong about his AEW demise

I’m happy that is allowed I my wrestling company (yes, I feel part of it)

Biggest surprise of the show. Cole is over in so many places while not doing much since his injury. People love him

If someone took sophomore year Spanish, they could have understood that promo. Any complaints are just performative šŸ™„

Last night, I was at a game. It’s 80s NBA: tough no-calls, running through screens, not the best shooting, scuffles over loose balls, hard fouls in the paint… it was a good time

Wasn’t as shocked by that as the reaction for Adam Cole; he got a huge pop

I need to figure out how to do that

I’ve only been to a CMLL in Puebla; I’m jealous

There’s still time for a Wrestlers’ Court vignette with Morton’s defending a case against Mark Sterling Or Mortos figures out that Max Caster’s Trademark isn’t binding in Mexico

It’s how they get their ā€œclicksā€ and how I know who to block

If he’s not there, you know Sammy or Ricochet are petitioning to do it

AEW should use the CMLL setup for Dynamite; I think American fans will get a kick out of it PLUS there will be at least one brawl up the stairs

Backup dancers āœ… AEW hasn’t had those since Omega’s Sweepers during the pandemic

I think it’s ā€œno cameras/photosā€ in the subway too. I remember that for some reason when I visited and wanted to take pictures of public art

ā€œbad faith actorsā€ keep getting clicks and reposts. That’s what I hoped to not have in my curated BlueSky feed.

I’m not flying down to watch Hangman lose

I still think she could work a program with a high level performer. It’s just been so long; has to be some rust to work off.

My question is ā€œwas that a wrestler/student?ā€ Because they should probably expect to take a bump if they’re working a show. If not, then I guess AEW needs to pay the restitution (unless there’s great fine print in the daily contract)

My guess is you’ll get Jericho, Edge, and Christian heavier leading up to the Toronto show

There was some fluff on the Darks and pandemic shows BUT every PPV is worth watching, especially when compared to the other wrestling products being put out at the same time

That is rough but know there are who want you in their lives
