That can even be a problem within one country, where locals have wildly different names for places or objects. Engl.: Ladder German: Leiter My local dialect: Lehda (but sounds like leather to regular Germans) Or a place I used to live close by "Schönmattenwag" is called "Schimmeldewog".

I could draw comparisons to people I know, but I won't elaborate further.

You might want to consult with @rtgame.bsky.social . I heard he's the drift king or something. Although his fees might be a bit high.

Why inform the US when everything in the US government leaks. And no a diaper won't fix that.

Wasn't there a similar themed G.I. Joe movie?

Maybe because most people here are working, non-terminaly online, people. Retirees are on FB, bots on Twitter and the youngsters somewhere else entirely. I don't think, that's a bad thing.

Shame. I have fond memories of internal gear hubs, especially the back pedal break.

"Yeehaw"?

It even has an internal-gear hub, so peak fashion is not the only one she can climb.

Das ist das gleiche Prinzip wie bei Darlehen. Man trickst das Gehirn aus, welches sich auf die (monatl.) Einzelsummen fokusiert und die Gesamtsumme unterschätzt.

Thanks, I was going to go to bed, so that's now out of the window.

That's the problem. They're gluttons for punishment, hate themselves and haven't been properly reprimanded since elementary school.

Probably a distraction. Pay close attention to what he'll do in the coming hours/days.

I wanted to prepare my timber-framed pavilion project by doing it the "proper" way with sketches, but I still struggle to attach them to the right place on a body, when I need to apply different sketches to each side. It's probably just a case of RTFM.

Instead of thinking about features like this, I wrestled with, maybe a bug, in msvc's <filesystem> library and most AI models all thought about something like path not being compatible with string_view, but Gemini 2.5 pro almost got it. I needed to import instead of include it. Wild stuff.

Great, unless they show numbers.

I had good experiences with Claude. The default code it generates, without being prompted explicitly, is pretty old fashioned for my tastes, but usually works first or second try. My recent favorite, however, is Gemini 2.5 Pro. Solved a problem instantly, what would have taken me hours or days.

Maybe because in German it can mean "flat" or "dull" (as in paint) and it checks for known non-name words.

It's the modern capitalist approach: Think big. No, even bigger.
