Again, I'd implore my colleagues in the media to stop using euphemisms around "diversity" and "anti -DEI".
And start saying that this these efforts are racial and gender purgings. That these efforts are segregationist.

Butler -- again, in the early 1990s! (and she was plugged into it years before, as I've seen in her archive) envisioned this in a masterpiece of speculative fiction that in the NEXT CHAPTER contains the perfect sentence, delivered as dialog: "People have changed the climate of the world."
