tbh even in a regular-length visual novel if you don't let me skip straight to just the new choices for each route I am like 😐😐😐

Definitely make sure you get the 94 minute European cut instead of the 86 minute US one - you might find it under the title The Devil's Men lmk if you can't easily grab it and I'll get you the Powerhouse blu-ray

Because all these chumps are fixing theirs yours becomes a limited edition BY DEFAULT, no doubt AT LEAST tripling its price on the aftermarket ADVANTAGE... GAV

After the final one-shot (which was produced mostly to shut up complaints but now has an actual payoff), what a good fuckin' year. No real *problem* going double Guardians, although it still feels like it could do with something short in the middle just for pacing - maybe move that One-Shot down?

Okay I actually like swapping these two; TDW flows naturally on from Avengers, but more importantly having Stark avoid dealing with his problems for an entire year makes more sense with how his breakdown is portrayed

The old MOTU/GI Joe style where you had a separate moral at the end made this separation explicit ("Ram-Man says don't run with scissors") but even the eps with embedded messages were purposely simple and broad-strokes Once again adults watching kid-stuff and thinking that means it's FOR them, smh

Another straightforward year; not much to say other than "oh hey, it's Bosch out of Bosch" I suppose the shorts do - especially now that Agents of SHIELD is programma non grata - help to boost the prominence of Coulson and Sitwell a little more before their respective deaths

The "one busy week" year; I think the first two movies can work either way round so sure, this is fine One short just for a goof, another to straighten out the Hulk end scene as the big picture starts to solidify

A'ight, should be a little less swingy now we're getting into the series proper Another issue with watching CM immediately beforehand is that it makes the 'SHIELD doesn't know about acronyms' thing here weird, which you absolutely would have forgotten about watching it the normal way round

Same problem as with t'other Cap but moreso: there's a spoileriffic credit scene set in the 'present', most of the Fury/Coulson stuff doesn't hit without knowing them, and most importantly you lose the gradual buildup to the more cosmic stuff. Pop it back in release order where it sits just fine!

I always kinda forget about the One-Shots as they were a brief experiment, but the shorts manage to achieve the same narrative purpose as the (now non-canon) full AC series/Agents of SHIELD in a much brisker 15 minutes I agree that it should go right after Cap 1, but see above for placement of that

See, right away this is the problem; the timeline places stuff by when the BULK of it happens (original release placing in parentheses) but this is so clearly an all-movie flashback inside a framing sequence - move that bad boy back to just before Avengers; you don't know who Fury is yet for a start

In my day you only found out about toys through natural channels: in the comic, in the Argos catalogue, or a kid at school lying about them THEY DON'T KNOW THEY'RE BORN, CHRIS; THEY DON'T KNOW THEY'RE BORN
