I grew up in extreme poverty, and many of my habits around food reflect that trauma. Today, I study food and power dynamics throughout history. America's food supply is tenuous in the best of times, and not enough people realize that. Your posts are important and extremely relevant. Keep it up!

I urge people to look at their retirement and investment accounts to make sure they don't unknowingly have money invested in Tesla. A good friend of mine was reviewing accounts with her money manager and realized she owned stock in both Tesla and Meta. She immedately sold her shares in both.
