And easy way to cut down on defense dollars...1) No more cost plus contracts... Fixed bid with risk on the Corporation (Similar to Nasas Cargo and Manned Space flight with Boeing and SpaceX) 2) Reduce contractor payments by amounts of Stock Buybacks each contractor/company has made.
