Trying to learn to play Valorant because my Son is heavily into it. Goddamn that game is hard. Very steep learning curve. Lots of fun but I am getting my arse kicked hard. Also, I am old.

Did some of this online CBT thing I've been doing to get a handle on my anxiety. I was very much under the impression that therapy was meant to make you feel BETTER, not bring about attacks of exactly the sort of anxiety you're trying to get rid of.
