I feel that during the NHL playoffs, after the first period of overtime, they need to start adding handicaps. For example, play should continue as the Zamboni cleans the ice. The period after that, spinning, flailing chains are added to the front of the Zamboni. Then, random tranq or stim darts.

Vancouver is certainly a colourful city. I'm used to Edmontonians being blatant at times, but in my 5 km walk to and from the conference centre, the amount of open consumption of hard drugs was eye-opening.
