So, since prices aren't being "slashed" as promised "on day one" & knowing Trump lacks the competence to bring inflation under control, how long before we start seeing gaslighting about how inflation "is good, actually"?

Don't waste your time on people who: -John Brown would've shot -General Sherman would've set on fire -General Patton would've marched over -Trump would've (or has) pardoned

Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it. 😏

They will go after Wikipedia. They will go after libraries. They will go after school boards and public extracurricular activities that are anything but sports. They will go after archives. Because knowledge, education, culture, and progressives are all the enemy. Thinking is the enemy.

You ever just throw a few hundred hours into a thing immediately after starting it? This is my roundabout way of saying I'm playing Satisfactory. Help.

Finally started playing Satisfactory and oh hey it's 3 AM... Help.

Just got back from watching Sonic 3 with the family. Great, fun movie. Sega's really been doing well with this run of films and it looks like they may be doing another. Looking forward to it!

Built myself a Nekusar deck for Friday Night Magic this week and had an absolute blast with it tonight. Got an alter for the commander coming in next week to really drive home the focus of the Faustian bargain of the deck: "Wanna draw some caaaaaaards?" It will go quite well with my Alastor playmat!

Apparently this is hard for a former governor to understand.

If you see me smiling, it's because I know that I've secretly been three Kobolds in a trenchcoat this whole time.

While the health insurance CEO has certainly been an endless source of amusing memes, the rest of the news has me wanting to just go back to my quiet desk at home, put on some Critical Role or Helluva Boss in the background, and homebrew/draw/model/game. Next 4 years will have that a lot, I'm sure.

Watching the #CriticalRole MtG Commander livestream as I homebrew some #DnD equivalents to WoW's artifact weapons for the campaign I'm gonna be starting for my kids. Any DMs out there do anything similar for their campaigns? Making gear that levels with the players?
