A few similar sideways outcomes for some CB’s last summer Andersen #CPFC to #FFC Kilman #WWFC to #WHUFC Tosin to #CFC instead of #NUFC For Andersen, Palace have reached a cup final- Kilman Wolves may finish above West Ham, & Tosin game time has been an issue (presume more mins if he went to #NUFC)

Cunha lucky not to see red? Must have been deemed to have made a genuine attempt for the ball, but with the officials youd never know

Both Schade and Damsgaard signed in summer of 2022 for Brentford and have only properly kicked into gear this season (appearances & overall play). I wonder if Fabio Carvalho will be the next slow burner project, signed for over £20M but not kicked on as of yet - undeniable talent

Not a slight on Parker or #BFC, their attacking attributes are very good, I’m more interested in the gap between PL & EFL and if this is one way to bridge it. Parker gets abuse for “getting that Fulham team relegated”, always believed they were slightly unlucky & he developed many of those players

I will come back to this post a lot next season, but I’m really intruiged in Burnley’s PL journey next season. #BFC seem to be the first overly pragmatic team to be promoted in a few years, and that may suit survival much more than the expansive nature of most promoted sides in recent years

The missing striker analysis for #AFC always annoys me, none more so than at the minute when two are injured. Granted someone (a forward) should have been bought in Jan, but do Keown and McCoist expect #Arsenal to conjour one up for tonight? PSG dont have one on the pitch either, not a word said…

The attack didnt come to anything but as soon as the ball came to Kvara, Vitinha sprints round on the overlap to allow Timber to have to hesitate. It looked an awkward run for the ball because it was one, but regardles of whether it was a decoy it sums PSG up well, well coached and will run for days

Obviously momentum fading for #NFFC but you would still make them heavy contenders for a top 5 finish. Picture changes at the weekend if Forest beat Leicester and Newcastle beat Chelsea. Draw a good result tonight but three must win games coming up. Bit of a sweat on on Murillo’s fitness aswell

Bit of a random one and happy to be proved wrong, should that Eze penalty be considered a foul technically for #CPFC? As far as I was aware you cant take a step back / have to continue in a forward motion, and it looks like he does stop and move backwards? Nitpicking to the extreme but…?

Eddie Howe on the touchline when Bournemouth beat a team above them in the table - we’ve all seen that before just not in this manner. #AFCB well worth their win against a flat #NUFC

Willock can help change the game for #NUFC. Direct running in channels can force Bournemouth man to man press to not be as compact and open more space for the Newcastle wingers

Bournemouth deserve that goal. #NUFC look like the team with 1 win in 4 compared to their opposition. No doubt theres more goals but great game so far. #AFCB bench is considerably weaker than the #NUFC one

#Everton sacking Sean Dyche is a massive gamble in my opinion. An extremely tender time in their history to take this decision Dyche has a proven record of keeping teams in the Premier League. New owners making a statement and only the outcome will show if the decision is correct - Massive risk #EFC

I would say #WWFC deserve to get away with one considering their poor luck this season and last, but #NFFC are no stranger to misfortune regarding officials decisions going against them. The El Corruptico playing out infront of our eyes

#NFFC harshly done to not get a penalty. What frustrates all fans so much is they understand most decisions aren’t black and white decisions, but those in between are ruled so inconsistently. Ait-Nouri’s arm isn’t “natural” and even though he tries to remove it, it stops an attack creating a foul

Seeing a lot of over reaction from Arsenal fans over the penalty decision. Not sure it can really be argued as much as its a bit of a unicorn of a decision. Overall #BHAFC well deserving of a draw and I cant see too many complaints about the result. Adam Webster was excellent when on

Carlos Baleba is an absolute monster. Every part of his game seems to be a minimum of 7/10 at least

That Zirkzee substitution and the cheers are really a summary of the situation at #mufc over the last few years. Big money young signing that scored their opener this season has zero confidence and made a scapegoat (of sorts). Feel so bad for him, but at the same time action in some way needed taken

The issue with this however is #whufc have to rely on moments to win games, making their attack look blunt. The positives are they face less sustained pressure from a team better in possession

#BHAFC are clearly low on confidence, but #WHUFC set up in possession is also disrupting their press like Bournemouth on Monday night. Lopetegui emptying the midfield at times meaning Brighton midfielders cant press agressively. Bournemouth got more agressive with 20mins to go, will Brighton?

The two most influential players for #AVFC both running the game today. Rogers catches the eye obviously, but Tielemans goes under the radar massively in this side with game changing line breaking passes

Credit to #whufc for turning this game ugly & disrupting the #afcb rhythm. Long way to go and their resolve will be tested, as Bournemouth have beaten Man City, Arsenal and Spurs at the Vitality, but theyre in control. Iraola will no doubt change something soon, and *cliche* first goal could be key

The #WHUFC set up in attack is interesting. Flooding players high up to upset the #AFCB press. After Bournemouth’s initial spell they havent been able to get to grips with how their game has been shaken up. Adam Smith has done a decent job on Kudus so far, and Huijsen has looked very impressive

Caicedo has been immense yet again for #CFC

I think #wwfc have a massive case for a penalty from that challenge from Mavropanos. The #whufc defender clearly “fouls” regardless of how soft it is, it probably should be deemed a foul? Letter of the law wise. Common sense wise the challenge from Emerson prior is more of a penalty

For #BHAFC I’m sure frustration will be a massive feeling. Second time throwing away a two goal lead late on in the game, & yet another game where they couldnt get 3pts against a “lower side”. I didnt get watching the game so appreciate any feedback but as far as I could see it was snatch and grab

Marco Silva deserves major credit for the point also for #FFC Iwobi set up early on in a hybrid wing back role, which normally players / teams cant get used to. Meant Robinson could get extremely tight to Saka and reduce his influence, with Robinson bar one silly foul having a top top game again

For 80mins Raul Jiminez put in one of the greatest CF displays I’ve watched for a team digging in for #FFC. Ridiculously clinical in his one chance and fought and chased every loose ball going. Hold up play and buying fouls at key times also. Really like him as a player and £5.5m for that is a snip

Ratcliffe firing staff Ratcliffe raising unsold ticket prices And now Ashworth leaving #MUFC after only 5 months What is going on at that football club?

I think that performance as a team requires praise for #NFFC, but Ryan Yates needs singled out. Only defensive midfielder for Forest on the pitch, a real old school central midfielder who has copped enough abuse when times were tough last few seasons. Can’t dislike a performance like that 👏👏

Martinez gets negativity for the likes of the first goal for #NFFC (towering header above him) but that can happen That third goal is shocking awareness of defensive positioning, which is a liability in his game (hence calls for playing him in a back 3 or 5 for #MUFC) A word for Chris Wood though🙌

Watched most of #BrentfordFC vs #NUFC and it was a game #NUFC would have won under Howe two years ago. Seen a few saying how the Liverpool game is the anomaly & I want to disagree but I cant. Main change on Wednesday was Isak covering the angles to VVD allowing the ever blunt appearing #NUFC an edge

#NFFC holding their own as they usually have done this season. #MUFC hit and miss throughout the game, although the inverting wing backs are strange against the narrow back 4 of #NFFC Elanga off the bench just needs one run down the right to cause damage. Been an intruiging watch so far
