I read the script after it did well on the black list, and it was GREAT. I think the movie tried to appeal to a much broader audience, and was much worse for it.

I think Cape Lookout is my favorite, but I always visit Cape Kiwanda when I visit the coast - hike up the left side, and come down the right/dune side.
