Yeah the way I’ve seen it framed is crazy - ‘it’s a car that looked exactly like a cop car! Amazing really he could copy a cop car so closely!’

I’m sympathetic to anything better then trump but also ugh let’s hold dems accountable. They keep picking up republican policies and moving further right, when do we criticise them

The podcast could still be anti trans, the framing of ‘who it was meant to treat’ leaves room open for a lot of bad opinions

She did talk about social experiences of being a woman which is good. But the terf movement has so effectively sold this idea of trans women as just cis guys in skirts and it’s become cultural consensus.

Labor had a once in a generation chance to chart a new course for Australia, to accept the trust of the next generation of voters delivering on their concerns, and to take the fossil fuel lobby’s boot off our collective throats. Could you just focus on only one synonym for now and learn others later?

When I hit these I just assume the vibes based delineation of them will come when I’m more fluent and can speak with other native speakers.

Conveniently slides ‘peaceful protest might be a problem’ in there as well, I wonder what their perspective is…

I’ve been using flash cards for French and I google image search the word restricted to French region and find that shows what that synonym means as it will be subtly different images to each other. Less effective on super abstract words though
