I’ve been noticing something that sits heavy with me. My woman—brilliant, capable, calm under pressure—is often spoken over, dismissed, or underestimated in ways that I’m not. We’ve walked into the same rooms, said similar things, and yet the responses couldn’t be more different.

Forget “Man vs Bear”. Women shouldn't have to go through the process of contemplating which option is less dangerous. Make a safe space for women.

Guys, I just want to say that on Friday I renewed my library card and took out a bunch of books that are not worthy, or serious, or educational. They're just stories, and they have already fundamentally made my mental health better. Thank God for the story tellers.
