It’s a derby. It’s defending your home against our biggest rivals. It’s our town vs their city.
If the players can’t get their heads in the right space with all that to motivate them I don’t know what is wrong with them.

Yeah maybe an over reaction in hindsight. But no one can convince me that the team played with the intensity of a Derby yesterday.
It was like they didn’t care. These youngsters have to be reminded what it means to the fans.
I would have accepted this year being a write off had we beaten tigers.

The worst I have seen them play since the fall from grace under Mallinder.
Someone’s head has to roll for this. The club must show the players and the fans that this means something to the leadership.
