All these Dem Congressmen & Sens keep saying they're going to hold the Regime accountable and yet you and I both know that that's not really going to happen. They cont to vote for legislation $ nominees from the regime. This march won't stop until ppl are in the streets, shutting things down.

It's amazing how many Democrats like to mimic the fascists they claim to oppose. :/ of course, it seems like most Dem politicians outside AOC and a small handful of others say one thing and yet don't really get in the way of our ever steady march to fascism. :/

All they do is talk. And it's only to be used in soundbites and clips for their fundraising.

Or would it be: Dixerunt bellum non nostrum esse. Itaque bellum nostrum fecimus. Latin classes and HS seem so far away now. :/

I don't think people understand that politicians and those waiting on the fence are taking cues. If they see the People are going to passively allow what's going on to keep happening… They're not going to do anything to stop it. Except performance art.

That's under the assumption that they're going to allow free and fair elections in four years. I seriously doubt they plan on letting that happen in 2.

*they said "revolution"... what they meant was coup.

And by cake it's more in reference to France, a certain Queen, bread and The Razor.

I also find it funny that Durbin (or anyone else for that matter) can do one or two things that their "side" agrees with... and a dozen others that work in direct opposition to other goals, principles, etc and people are just supposed to eat their cake and like it. I'll never understand that.

It amazes me how much the media resembles a steno pool these days.

Oi. The regime... that CBS would let the regime illegally extort them like that. They should fight it out. Once they give in, they'll never stop.

I can't wait till he and the other collaborators are frogmarched to the gallows when (if) this coup is put down.

Are they even pretending to follow the law or procedure anymore?

Ugh. That just seems like a huge, glaring conflict of interest. Well, on top of just being gross.

Unbelievable. So, the govt gets to keep ignoring the clear intent of the law and SCOTUS decisions... and 'too bad' if they keep illegally sending people to a place the regime claims it has no power to bring them back from.

Also, this is the kind of bullshit that "centrist" Democrats like Newsom and their K Street hustlers help put out so they can focus on trade and big lobbyist interests.

He has no criminal convictions or charges right (battery. etc)? Not that it would matter.... you don't get an * put next to your name when it comes to your rights under the Constitution because of what you may or may not have done.

Should def. get those names on the record.

(And by that I mean... are they challenging the invocation of the AEA when we're not in a declared war.
Not trying to be tedious, just attempting to make sure I'm clear. TY.

Are they challenging the invocation of the AEA or just the process (or both)?
Thanks btw for the reply/information and all you do to keep the rest of us informed.

Why hasn't the AEA itself been challenged, or has it? I mean.... we're not in a Congressionally declared war.

How can that remotely comply with the Supreme Court Order?

Yeah, I wouldn't rely on that.

Bail hearing next month? Why so far away? Seems to just add to the injustice.

Don't just don't want to admit they don't care.
Imho. I would also argue that probably some of the greatest injustices that led to change... involved human beings that were deeply flawed (as we all are).

I'm firmly on the side that people who were saying shit like that, don't really give a fuck about it... it's just a way to paper over that fact. People that care about human rights, foundational principles of liberty, the rule of law and decency... care about those things regardless. The people
