Before I built the study system I use now, I kept cycling through: → rigid routines → unrealistic schedules → guilt when I couldn’t keep up It felt like the only options were “all in” or “not enough.” But consistency doesn’t mean daily. You can make progress with a rhythm that fits your life.

Studying everyday isn't the goal. Studying in a way that doesn't burn you out is. And really, the BIG goal is to USE the languages that you're learning in your day-to-day life, not to study forever. To maintain and LIVE them.
