... So like if "team a" wants "player a" and he played for "team b", then "teams a & b" would agree to a fee to terminate "player a's" contract with "team b" and then he can sign a new contract with team b for whatever amount. Lets big teams get who they want but also helps small teams build. 2/2

VCU has about $6m annual we were around $2, but we have a commitment to increase and be competitive. That said, the Keatts dismissal wont be prohibitive. We will be in a place where we can grow that and it wont limit us, ultimately i dont think we get to $6m next year but over the next few
