Well, yeah, because there is video that incontrovertibly disproves that account. You don’t have to treat his “side” like you would a Bigfoot sighting and doing so is malpractice.

Democratic Senators must stop everything. The Senate must grind to a halt.

And this guy has clearly never heard of class action lawsuits that won’t require each individual affected to file their own claim. A real Dunning-Kruger.

This is a guy who hasn’t a clue. I work for an agency with over 10,000 employees but only a handful of attorneys. There isn’t capacity to litigate terminating everyone on either side. Also, agencies bear the burden of proof in removals at the MSPB so agencies would get annihilated.

This seems like the kind of thing the judge could fix. The administration has argued their release would harm recruiting and retention (www.govexec.com/management/2...) but that’s obviously bogus based on the hiring freeze and public efforts to increase and expedite attrition.

Force that motherfucker to be in office for the whole 40 hours every week and send investors 5 weekly bullets so they can decide whether fire his ass on a week to week basis.

They really should have kept this a secret and just ghosted, leaving the short-fingered vulgarian sitting there twiddling his thumbs. Instead now they’ll find replacements and he won’t suffer any material consequences for his malignancy. A real missed opportunity.

Like when Rick Perry was the secretary of energy in the last Trump administration and thought that the job was going to be going around touting American energy resources and was dead wrong.

If you read to the end, he also says Trump 2028 using Roman numerals.

Dispelling any notion of a unitary executive; empowering congress to establish independent agencies not subject to presidential direction; specifying that the a president can be charged with crimes; prohibiting congress from delegating its authority

Tech will tell you that AI and automation are there to improve the human condition, provide UBI, and make life better for all humans. IT. IS. A. LIE. The goal is to subjugate.

If DOGE is any lesson, this is designed to create:(a) a blue collar underclass charged with maintaining the machines that serve the elite, (b) no middle class, and (c) an ultra-wealthy elite. UBI at the expense of hard labor (more done by robots) is the big lie.

I relied upon the promise of PSLF in deciding to dedicate a decade of my life to government service instead of something far, far more monetarily lucrative. Any attempt to undo what has already been done at this point would be met with swift judicial challenge.
