intuitive enough for my 8 year old to handle on his own, powerful enough for me to drop $70 on Civ 7 just so im not tied to the computer, and the best these jamokes can come up with is "i dont understand the wifi"

Buffalo had a hundred or so consoles sprinkled around at big boxes in the suburbs that all sold out by around 3

they've moved him up 3 levels in 160 games, i think the thought process is its better for crawford to settle in more at AAA instead of bringing him up after 21 games and struggling against a huge jump in pitch quality

the camera drift is also bizarre. chuck was too cheap to spring for a tripod, and probably didn't want to do more than one take.

Yeah, I spent the morning trying to talk myself into a reason for the weak first hour and the best I have is making it so 7 isn't homework to understand 8. Some internet person is gonna edit 7 and 8 into an absolutely perfect 3.5 hour movie and be lauded as an American hero.

The is a direct line from hearing Gladys Knight on the radio in the car as a little kid to begging that my parents buy me the entire AM Gold of the 70's and Motown Number 1's sets for Christmas as a ~15 year old and that yes, i was fine with that being my only present.

perhaps, and I try not to succumb to doomerism, but the entirely procedural "just vote to overrule" has always been a ticking time bomb in the reconciliation/Byrd rule that decorum always held in check. the current iteration of the GOP has no fealty to decorum when it abuts the agenda

kind of have to assume the parliamentarian is a dead letter at this point, they've already voted to overrule the parliamentarian 3 or 4 times this Congress.

These two goofballs are brothers and their only settings are "blood feud" or "you are a convenient pillow for me, the only cat on the planet"

There's a 70+ guy that hoops at my Y and he's just incredible. Slowest guy on the court, wont drive cause he doesn't want to get hurt, but if he gets the ball inside the arc with a fraction of a second, its money every time. Peak Magic passing skills out of the block. Everyone loves him.

Santos filming his parts through a federal prison visit window would just be the chefs' kiss.

I'm going into it assuming it is going to look incredible and the plot is just a vehicle to get to the racing sequences. Surefire recipe to be pleasantly surprised.

Yeah, at the rate they're working the bullpen those guys are going to be cooked by August. Every 6th inning is ending up 2 on-1 out and the RP is walking into a tire fire. Honestly I think finding a guy that can work 6+ outs in the middle innings is an easier find than a 6+ inning starter

yeah, I agree in principle, I just want The Big Boys Mashin' Taters. The heart wants what it wants. Just based on his time in MIL, Stearns doesn't seem super interested in paying for pitching. I feel like that's going to be the eternal Mets gripe as long as he's here.

I'm not worried about Uncle Steve's bank account for a hitter of Devers caliber. Devers is only 28, power and walks age well, minimal platoon splits, and you only need him to play 3B against lefties when you sit Vientos for 2 years at most. 2030 the window kinda closes on this iteration anyway

yeah, McNeil/Baty is such a weird roster jam for the Mets. Acuna should get as much run as possible, Baty desperately needs a change of scenery, and McNeil fills in a lot of defensive rotation issues, so I'd rather not lose him in season. Too many mouths to feed, not enough innings.

Marte is utterly washed and the Red Sox dont have anywhere in the outfield/DH for him to play. It's would need to be like Baty/Megill/prospect and eating the entire Devers contract.

as far as im concerned everyone above Lindy is a jerkoff at this point.

we've heard your concerns about losing an entire generation of your life to a black hole following this team but what if we told you we were hiring one of the guys you hated from the biggest gut punch series loss in team history to help the worst GM we've ever had?

For the record, I compare everyone that wears 13 to Jiri Novotny, 19 to Brian Holzinger, and 72 to Luke Adam.

I'd cruise through the first 20 or so and come to screeching halt before 30. The carb wall is real and undefeated.

Butler's got his lane and he sticks to it. Law Abiding Citizen and Copshop are two of my favorite "throw it on in the background" movies.

Absolutely, but I did do the DiCaprio OUATIH point when I saw him in Ghost Protocol, which is more than I can say for a lot of people that have done TV shows.
