Watched it the other day. Decent film, better than I thought it might be

I am not a Palace fan so am not speaking with any authority, but I think he had that haircut

Did they not talk to the rail companies 18 months ago?
Even I know that maintenance work is planned at least that long in advance
Good news that you have a ticket

Did you manage to get a ticket, Steve?

So many absolute belters. T Rex and Slade never get the credit they deserve imho

I did indeed. Sadly I did not take a picture. It was a party our friend Dave Kelly's house. Dave, a member of the Blues Band, have been a mate of Jona's for decades

I hope the WF is going well.
I have played four times in the last four days (two normal sessions, a league afternoon and a friendly) for over four hours in total without completing knackering myself. I worked out this is probably the first time in almost fifty years I have played so much footballπ

Fantastic.
This morning I did a Parkrun and ran past a marshal who was playing Simple Minds on a ghetto blaster.
It was John Altman, aka EastEnders Nick Cotton. A lovely man who has lived locally for years.

Enjoy! Good to see you, if briefly, the other evening

Looking at that dreadful May 1974 TV line-up, it may help explain why (age 16) I and my mates went down the pub every Friday and Saturday night.

Flight then train Tue to Thu would seem the best option if you can sort accommodation

I've booked Lufthansa flights day before LHR-Frankfurt-Wroclaw. Not booked a return but train to Berlin, Prague, Warsaw etc then a flight would seen relatively straightforward.
I booked a cancellable hotel months ago. They are now expensive, tho presumably Betis/Florentina fans will cancel some

The story caused a bit of a stir at the time. No idea if there was anything in it...

I was brought up in Camberley and somewhere I have seen more on this story. I will try and dig it out.

What have they done? Given Michael McIntyre a contract?

1 Close-to-'their'-club football 'influencers'
2 Politicians who see everything they don't like &/or understand thru the prism of 'woke'
3 Middle class 5-days-a-year Glastonbury 'hippies'
4 People who pay money to watch Michael McIntyre
5 Strutting tossers watching England play rugger on TV in pubs

I went to Baku in 2019 to watch us beat Arsenal in the EL final. Playing a London derby there was a surely unsurpassable height of idiocy.

A coach/manager criticising the matchgoing support rarely ends well.
Maresca was probably in credit with that support up to the 0-0 Goodison snoozefest, that credit has slowly turned into what is now a significant debit ever since.

Woking were unlucky Bob. From the terrace the sending-off seemed harsh.

Thanks for sharing that. I run 2-3 times a week and will definitely use that playlist.
