Thanks to the Rep for bringing up the issue. But Noem deflected. Actually, there are videos where ICE agents have refused to show an ID or given a badge number and, when asked to see a warrant, refused to show one. Did anyone ask Noem about that?

Media shouldn't refer to them as ICE/law enforcement officials unless they confirm ID. They shouldn't refer to them as arrests unless shown a warrant signed by a judge with individual's name. 'Citizen abducted by unknown men wearing masks, placed in unidentified vehicle'
