Besides this - I love teaching and helping budding builders by sharing my: > Experiences > Learnings > Tricks Follow along for the ride 🚀🚀

Why this works: I stay focused on what I'm best at (distribution) Each co-founder focuses on their strength (building) Shared risk, shared reward 5x the learning, 5x the opportunities

This partnership model changed everything: I handle distribution Co-founder handles building We both share product decisions We both care about building great products. We both win when users win. This lets me invest in acquisition channels across 5 projects instead of spreading thin on 1.

Once product-market fit hits, I focus on sustainable growth: Word of mouth Referrals SEO Organic virality Ads The stuff that compounds while you sleep.

My growth strategy: start small, validate hard. > Build in public on X > DM potential users individually and talk > Get friends to test > Beta customers > If they stick AND pay = dig deeper Big launches are flashy. Retention is everything.

Current projects: Revid.ai - AI videos Outrank.so - Automated SEO Feather.so - Notion to blog SuperX.so - X growth postsyncer.com - Social scheduler All built for creators who want to win distribution.

And all my current projects are focused on what I love the most: Distribution. It changed my business. And I know it has the potential to change other businesses too.

My philosophy is simple: solve problems I actually have. I'm a creator, solo entrepreneur, and small business owner - so I build tools for people exactly like me. If I use it daily and it makes my life better, there's a market for it.

As building becomes easier and easier. Tech as a moat will evaporate. So what remains? The trust and distribution you have. And I want to build products to enable everyone to have that distribution.

But doing 5 products is tough. I realised the problem wasn't my ideas - it was my approach. In 2024, I stopped trying to only focus on good features and instead focus most of my attention on a new thing: Distribution.

Before we go further: where does the $50m number come from? My goal: 5 products each doing $100k MRR $1.2m ARR per product * 5 = $6m ARR With an 8x multiple, that's a $50m portfolio (I don't own 100% of it though)

100,000 creators who: > Know me > Trust me > Pay attention And know that I make cool products for creators. I wanted to double down.

What followed was a 1 year long journey scaling to 100k+ MRR and getting acquired. 2 years of payout later, we had an $8m payout. Side win: I gained 100,000 followers in the process. This was my advantage.

We had only 1 rule: All products for creators The first 10 products failed. Bad. No real traction. A few small wins, nothing significant. Until the 11th. Tweet Hunter - AI powered inspiration for Twitter We hit $500 MRR quickly, we had something.

After 2 failed startups, years of doing things wrong, and burnout - I went back at it in 2021. This time, in public. We sat together with Tom - launched 1 product every week, and scaled what worked. What we did differently: We talked about our products on Twitter ..
