Unless it comes with a recording from EmptyCas I don't know if I can justify buying it. My favorite Cas iteration. Such a sexy voice!

You don't suck for taking care of your mental health too. Recharge and then go be a better mom than you would be if you were exhausted.

I use season 1 of SPN for sleep. Not because I don't like it, but because I have every episode so memorized I can see it with my eyes closed 😆

As soon as a church wades into politics they should be taxed. My pastor did preach on the election, but it was entirely on spiritual principles like why we should care about politics; i.e. like they effect people, and why we shouldn't care; i.e. we trust God. No candidate. That should be the limit.

Wow the level of victim blaming in this is ridiculous. It is absolutely possible to change the way you think and treat people and it is on us to do it. The lack of character in the refusal to even try is disgusting.

I believe in the ideals our country's foundations represent. We have grossly failed to live up to them. I still have hope that some day we can. I believe they are worth the effort. I have so much respect for those who have suffered the most when we failed, yet still fight to make them a reality.

Never said it was. All I did was say that a historical event was a bad thing and that I don't think faith in itself is a bad thing. That burned my notifications up. I appreciate you at least engaging and not just spamming quotes and insults.

What I feel God has done for me, which has nothing to do with other people, or their beliefs. My life has been a hell that I wouldn't have made it through without my faith. It's made me a better person. There was a lot I was raised in I abandoned, but my faith was why I rejected that hate.

I told you what Jesus said in the Bible to the question of why Christians have gotten so loud. I hate what has happened in Christianity for a very long time & personally follow much older teachings, not often preached in the US. I told you what American Christians believe vs what Jesus actually said

Honestly sounds like most religions. I think religion is one of the worst things to happen to the world. Hence my first post where I said that gaining acceptance and position was a corruption of Christianity. Christianity and Islam have more corruption in them because they offered a step to power.

Because the majority of Christians in America have been lied to saying they are special and deserve special treatment, despite Jesus actually saying we would not be special in this world and would actually struggle because we wouldn't line up with the greed and me first world attitude.

You can believe what you want. I know there is a lot of religious trauma out there. I have it too. I chose not to let humans determine my faith tho. So you can sit here & bash it & try to get me to realize I am wrong, but I am just gonna keep living & loving those the Western church has abandoned.

That definition of Christianity is what Western Christianity has twisted it into, mostly by the corrupt leaders who wanted to use people's faith for their own benefit. Looking further back and at the message Jesus actually gave it is about love and grace and peace, not forced obedience.

He moved that coat from stolen car to stolen car, perfectly folded. I have rarely seen such a devoted act by a widower.

I will have to agree to disagree there. Yes the massive churches and power hungry leaders have corrupted a good portion of it, like all religion, but it's those you will never hear about living their lives in love every day that show the true heart of faith.

I started because of Pacey. Really enjoying it so far.

As a Christian I believe this was actually the worst thing to happen to Christianity. It's when it began moving from followers of Jesus to followers of power. I believe there are those who have managed to follow Jesus despite corruption in the church, & I try to, but this caused a lot of toxicity.

I only block once they are actively transphobic, homophobic, sexist, ableist, or racist. I already have a significant block list. Most aren't coming just to join a new SM app. They are coming to fight. I don't actively check profiles of everyone I talk to, unless they give me a reason.
