if you think making copyright law even stronger won't end up just fucking over small artists even more, then you are very naive. disney and other corpos have taken a liking to copyright specifically because it's easy for them to manipulate and use against the small guys.

Unfortunately, I don't think this suit will be good even if Disney wins. High chance that they'll strike a licensing deal with AI companies afterwards, and hoard the royalties from it
