Agreed. Trump was awful but Vance knows better while Trump’s not capable of moral contemplation

Yeh MSNBC don’t know why they’re abandoned. Supporting average candidates and sane washing right wing insanity. Kowtowing to Trump/MAGA will be the final nail. It didn’t work for Mia and Joe and now the network trying some DEI culture war crap will kill it completely.

Sufficient pressure could split the rancid alliance of Drumpf and congress and reign in the orange tyrant; else prompt impeachment

As a model y owner I can say there’s nothing wrong with the cars. The ownership of the company would prevent me ever buying another.

@chriswarcraft.bsky.social Happy to. Watching you stand up like you did gave me hope that all isn’t lost for the US.
I don’t watch American football but count me a new fan in Australia.

I’m always reminded of the thirst for war with Iraq in 2003.

I’ll find write some more when I get to work. All general of course and not replacing the advise of a personal physician who knows you well and can unpack your case. I typically spend 45 minutes with an insomnia patient in our first consultation.
I love quick fire questions though!

The good news is sleep without drugs is usually achievable, even for people using hypnotics for a long time.
One big trap is trying to sleep too long before you can manage shorter sleep consistently.
Some well curated info on this website but for sure reach out with q’s.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, flu cases in the U.S. decreased due to public health measures. Influenza and coronaviruses are different virus families, and COVID-19 tests only detect SARS-CoV-2, not influenza.

Wow. That is all news to me as a respiratory physician. Do you have any credible literature to back that up? Credible means it doesn’t come from Breitbart, infowars etc.
The qualifier is because I’m acknowledging that you cannot say that all unvaccinated deaths were preventable, logistically.

Wow you live in an awesome place. My trip to Mt Yasur in Vanuatu is still vividly in my memory. Volcanoes are awe inspiring.

In the US that is. Per capita, 3-4x as many have died of COVID in the US than in Australia and New Zealand where there was near universal vaccine access prior to first infection… the vaccine saved a lot of people. -that translates to about 1M dead Americans who might be still alive right now.

Saying the response wasn’t 100% right doesn’t mean it was 100% wrong. DeSantis killed people. Excess deaths and the per capita death rate from covid is a disgrace.

If this has been a stressful month then, short light sleep is a natural and physiologically appropriate outcome. Aiming for 8 hours may lead to inconsistency. Doesn’t mean it’s not tempting to try to switch off though!! 😌
I’m a sleep physician, you want any tips, let me know.
