But it's not the point. They know it isn't legal or within the power of the executive. They just want to be able to challenge it in court, appeal the decision to the Supreme Court, where the court will reverse the lower courts decisions and give the executive the legal ability to do this.

My brain is like too many processes, then individual processes slow but don't properly shut down, and once enough of those have gone into garbled nonsense, I finally hibernate and wake with a mushed up memory of the open threads from the night before

I hate modals so much. I just use tab navigation to get through forms quickly because forms and surveys are long and time consuming and modals are so annoying as an interruption. Not to mention it messes up auto fill!
