Write a note, let the studios know they made a mistake. Let the cast and crew know how much your loved the show. savewot.com

I feel this. MCP is a protocol With a collection of MCP servers connected to an MCP client, like Claude ( for now ), suddenly my stuff is coming to me. I don’t have to reach out to other apps. I can easily compose services and data from different apps on the fly. 🪄 www.anildash.com//2025/05/20/...

Another hot take on where AI is taking the coding industry. Licenses and IP based on code will increasingly be worthless. AI can already code just about anything Working code is not a moat anymore. Proprietary data and RUNNING code that can do difficult things cheaply are the new moats

All of the major AI model makers released new coding tools and or better coding models last week. Now these tools can run for long periods of time, hours even, in the background. It’s not going to be like paired programming anymore. It’s going to be more like managing a team.

The main problem with content is that it only needs to be harvested once and then it can be resold over and over again. But apis can charge per use, because they are doing something other than just pointing at a resource. I wonder if that becomes a thing. A new kind of Content behind an API?

There is just no way that the trade traffic for content economic engine that drove the last 20 years of the internet revolution survives. AI search has already killed it. It just hasn’t figured out it is dead. What comes next? Ads in Chat will likely be tried. Not sure it will work.

AI agents and mcp servers are going to force SaaS apps to look carefully at free API access. Users will have less and less reason to visit the apps, if Gen Ai, and mcp servers can use the APIs to get the value. Here is Intuits approach help.developer.intuit.com/s/article/pl...

Fun interview at FileMaker Claris engage with Richard Carlton. we covered Ottomatic and OttoFms fmtraining.tv/engage-2025/...

Ok call me a fan boy. I don’t care. The Wheel Of Time tv show is hot fire. Soooo good. The casting is fantastic. The writing is great. The sets and the costumes are awesome. The performances are gripping. Rafe Judkins and team are killing it.

I wonder what the shift to using AIs to search instead of googling will do to the attention economy I hope it will smash it to bits

Season three of the Wheel of Time looks like the costume and style designers from Bridgerton took over the show. I quite like it!

This maybe the hottest #filemaker custom function of all time. github.com/steve-ssh/FM...

I wonder if @gruber.foo ever imagined that Markdown would become such a critical part of our how we merge with the machines. It’s become essential as I move more and more of my workflows to LLMs and other automations. Everything else feels like it is in the way.

“LLMs are inverted computers” This is a very interesting take www.phillipcarter.dev/posts/llms-c...

I very quickly have become accustomed to my tools be fully integrated with AI. When I have to use a tool like Keynote that do not let me chat with them it suddenly feels very clunky and slow.

I have been working on a FileMaker AI Coding Assistant. It's getting to the useful stage and I have started using it in real projects. vimeo.com/1060110646?s...
