Why are we not talking about *General $trike every day??? Must blood flow like rivers before we stand up?
Is it only the French who will stand up?

When the foolish and the vicious unite and become a powerful force with which we must reckon.

How much blood must spill before Americans talk about a *General $trike? For every protest win, rights are attacked elsewhere. The courts have power but are both undermined and overwhelmed. A general strike is non-violent powerâand better than the alternative. Anybody can join by doing nothing.

The lawyers that stood up and unified against this subjection and those partners that have left should consider themselves exempted from lawyer jokes!

Inhumane treatment is evil.
Sheâs judges an entire group without specific evidenceâeven though members of that group have provided her with goods and services throughout her time in the U.S. The ingratitude is especially shameful, given that many work for her corporate donors.

Did the officer think she was a threat? She was facing the camera! Did he fear for his life? After all, she was an unarmed woman with her back turned to him.

Why aren't we talking about a general strike every day.
Will the streets have to flow red with the blood of unidentified before we take a lesson from the French? Wouldn't it be better to try to preempt that?

If you're starting to regret your vote, ask yourselfâwas that decision influenced by your church? If so, ask honestly and without sentiment: is that church truly a friend?

I get the logic, but what's missing is how strong progressive arguments get throttled on platforms like Facebook and TwitX. Facebook's algorithm is so broken that even my friends donât see my postsâ it didn't used to be that way.

Can we begin to discuss *daily* general strike as a pushback against the constant assault against Rights. It's a non-violent use of power and way better than the alternative. The courts are being undermined and overwhelmed. Every one protest victory is met with multiple new threats. #GeneralStrike

She was not a threat. She was facing in the opposite direction, looking into a camera.

Start talking seriously about a general strike. The victories of the Courts and protests are being undermined by constant escalation and being overwhelmed with new threats to Rights and Freedoms.
Anyone can participate in a general strike by doing nothing. It's a non-violent use of power.

You notice he's not mentioning closing to tax loopholes for the rich? It's a strange kind of dissonance that the people who want to go back to 1950s morality which was always two-faced, but never want to go back to 1950s tax rates. Which actually made a difference in this country.

The seeking of a target for righteous bellicosity to erupt, abandoning moral scruples so that the violence can be enjoyed by one side of "us and them."
Remember Bloody Sunday, all somebody has to do is fire the first shot.

Public pressure and the courts are the only checks on this Administrationâboth are being eroded. A general strike is the only nonviolent power move left. Participation requires only not working and not cooperating. It's doing nothing. Thatâs better than the alternatives. Talk about it!!!

They're treating these immigrants, both with and without documentation, like cattle. With the exception that, you would feed cattle. The dehumanizing and deporting without due process is repugnant. California also runs on immigrant muscle. He's threatening to do to us what happened in Nebraska.

Theyâre probably combing through there Lawyer database for an âAmerican Krylenko.â And if that guy or gal doesnât know history, the poor fool might accept the job thinking it a step up.

This administration weaponizes government against the people, not for them. What happened in Florida can happen hereâhumans treated like cattle, crops left to rot, the economy wrecked. If unchecked, he could turn LA into the West Bank.
Make friends with Harvard and like minded university lawyers.

For those of you who have never read it, the indictment and sentencing for Galileo. Itâs rhetorically more articulate than the Trump administration though equally as absurd.

If you have never heard The Funeral Oration of Pericles, youâve missed one of the greatest defenses of democracy from its imperfect origin. This is spoken word is excerpted from The History of the Polynesian War, by Thucydides.

Government Of the People By the People and For the People is not the same as Government used as a weapon in service of a particular partisan agenda.

If the admin's case falls apartâas their past record suggests it will, like Dominion Voting Systems vs. Fox New$âI hope he sues the $hit out of them. Plenty of lawyers would likely jump at the chance for a cut of the winnings.

The CHUDs donât get it: the people they mock made insulin, built their phones, invented the microscope that found the germs making them sick.
Theyâand their kidsâare about to find out.
PS: Fruit Loops is not a good breakfast regardless of how much you love it.

All those young lives lost to an ideology that saw people as use-value only, chasing a future that never was. Abandoning what is for what isnâtâthatâs nihilism.
Like pretending an ectopic pregnancy could come to term is also pure nihilism. đ¤đŽ
