Have they been thoroughly checked and approved by the highest security standards?
What is their actual remit and goals, in detail?
Who is culpable for any mistakes?
What have they achieved so far?

Apart from the lack of door handles and autopilot that have led to deaths. Minor crashes causing cars being written off due to the cost of battery repairs. Significant pollution from the factories. And then the Cybertruck... Not considered road legal in Europe and riddled with quality issues.
