Agreed with the author that this doesn't solve the problem. I felt the same way when I got a gun license in NJ. Police asked lots of questions, but mostly it was check box stuff for CYA. Most government enforced "safety" is the same. Don't get me started on actual mental health safety plans.

100%. But, on the other side, Hunter Biden. So you know, it's Biden's fault.

More importantly, he's ordering local authorities to stop a child from participating in sports. I'm sure anti-big government critics are already up in arms.

I'm talking about 2026. Once CMS funding decreases and patients lose insurance and start flooding EDs for their basic treatment, things are gonna get real bad real quick for a lot of folks.

My old medical director had a saying for people like him; primitive. He is incapable of higher or complex thought, and if he wasn't born with money, he'd be a used car salesman rotting in jail.

Probably for all the wrong reasons though. I'm sure Paul wants to take the same money from those who need it, he just doesn't want to hand it out to the rich.

It's so much worse than this though if you're familiar with healthcare administration. He's going to have to bail out rural hospitals when they start to close and Rs realize they actually are gonna kill their base. Costing more money due to piss poor management, just like DOGE on steroids.

He was super busy running those prayer circles in hopes his efforts to endanger women, children, the elderly, and the less fortunate would be successful.

He's right. It's probably going to be much, much worse.

Yea one of Trump's handlers had no idea that this was happening. I'll keep that in my back pocket for later.

I know, but I wanted to say it out loud for the record books.

If we all get these decals and flags, do you think we can take the motto back?

Grok's response is just stating facts.

I'm surprised they caught it.

Yes but those aren't white people. We only care when white people are dying. We also only care when we make up statistics to make problems seem like bigger problems.

100% he thinks they're the same place.

You know some will. Gotta hope for enough spine from a few.

Everyone needs to realize that they are going to keep singling out anyone who doesn't bend the knee until he's gone. So you either get really comfortable on your knees, or groups need to start banding together and showing strength in numbers. Schools, corporations, politicians, media, everybody.

He's the President of the United States, he doesn't have "personal time." Last time I checked it wasn't a Mon-Fri 9-5 gig.

They're counting on that.

I've always wanted to die by a completely preventable illness. Thank you, Trump and RFK.

What point is she trying to make? Seems mostly like another cry for attention.

If only there was a federal agency that could help the country in times of disaster. Maybe like a federal emergency management agency, or something.

Let's back up a sec. If those children are American citizens, then they could have been drafted just like the "boys at Normandy". So yes, they're the same. Imagine being so steadfast in your incompetence that you prove the point against yourself in a single post.

Love this. I thought he just hated knowing kids who watch PBS were probably more intelligent than him. Good to know there's a more Trumpian reason.

No of course not. It's squid game. We don't have the technology for Hunger Games.

If it did, it would probably turn orange first.

Great she can't win by accident, but the disarray would have been helpful and the embarrassment delicious. We were robbed.

She's mentally ill. But giving people like her a platform isn't gonna help anyone.

I'm just gonna have AI respond to these people from now on. I'm guessing that the number of people who lose or have benefits reduced is higher than the number of able bodied non parent adults who refuse to work.

So the guy who is crying about Comey using the term "86" just told Springsteen to come back to the country and "see how that ends up for him"?

Is it going to air before or after Squid Game?
